Funny thing about PTSD...it doesn't happen to just soldiers...people who have been assaulted, attacked, raped...hell, even been in a car crash, can all experience PTSD...imagine The State saying that those people are mentally ill and can't carry a handgun for protection.
Oh, wait...it IS Maryland.
Food for thought:
Some states - Texas and Georgia come to mind - approve concealed handgun licenses (or equivalent) to 18+ active duty military.
A friend of mine in Georgia told me that an active duty service members stationed in Georgia don't even need the license - his/her military ID --IS--...

Humidity is nowhere near as bad as...
The "Run, Hide, Fight" video that my company shows was filmed in Houston - you can clearly see the "bad guy" stroll past a "30.06 sign" that prohibits licensed concealed carry on the premises.
Surreal.
Perhaps a bit tongue-in-cheek here...but maybe I should type that up and send it to Maryland's Attorney General and tell him that I believe I have the right to carry a concealed handgun the next time I visit Maryland.
Maybe end it with something along the lines of "Unless I receive a written...
Okay, I stand corrected. The point I (poorly) tried to make was that "they" get to protect themselves while "we" don't.
Here's a revision:
If O'Malley is still a major candidate within 120 days of the election, he will receive taxpayer-funded armed security.
