Out-of-State Buys/AR Ban
Gotcha. So the kit is to repair my legally purchased magazines which I purchased out of state.. And by "personal use" I mean not selling, trading or gifting them as banned by SB281. So now assembly is considered "manufacturing" in MD? Funny how that is since I can't mold polymer or build springs... -

30 rd kits are illegal to assemble in MD? Even if only for personal use? I thought the ban only applied to 30rd magazines which were fully assembled? -

HBAR Rifles are still Cash&Carry in MD. I know exactly which shop you are speaking of. My buddy just purchased an HBAR S&W MP-15 from that shop last week. Anything you see in their shop is G2G. As for the magazines, ask them about standard capacity (30rd) magazine KITS. A little expensive but... -
