      Out-of-State Buys/AR Ban

Gotcha. So the kit is to repair my legally purchased magazines which I purchased out of state.. And by "personal use" I mean not selling, trading or gifting them as banned by SB281. So now assembly is considered "manufacturing" in MD? Funny how that is since I can't mold polymer or build springs...

      Out-of-State Buys/AR Ban

30 rd kits are illegal to assemble in MD? Even if only for personal use? I thought the ban only applied to 30rd magazines which were fully assembled?

      Out-of-State Buys/AR Ban

HBAR Rifles are still Cash&Carry in MD. I know exactly which shop you are speaking of. My buddy just purchased an HBAR S&W MP-15 from that shop last week. Anything you see in their shop is G2G. As for the magazines, ask them about standard capacity (30rd) magazine KITS. A little expensive but...

      Continental Arms...8 day release soon?

It states somewhere in the current law that the transfer must be completed in 90 days or the ND is invalid and app must be started over. This is already current MD law.

MSP Wait Times - 60+ Days

Having hair over 1 inch long also puts you in review... In other words the process is completely random. No logic can be used when talking about MD Govt.

      Continental Arms...8 day release soon?

Just was thinking about my 5/13 purchase.. Got me reading sb281 again. I am not a lawyer but I feel my interpretation is accurate. •HQL is required for ALL handguns received after 10/1 as the AG letter clearly states. •HQL is a process which may take more than 90 days •The 77r (State Firearms...

Do I have to wait 7, 30 or 60 days??

DON'T BUY FROM THERE!!!! They will not release your firearm on time, and you will certainly need the HQL to pickup anything bought from there as of mid May. Just was thinking about my 5/13 purchase.. Got me reading sb281 again. I am not a lawyer but I feel my interpretation is accurate. •HQL is...
