      Overall this proposed bill seems like a good compromise except for the sections pertaining to RESTRICTIONS ON LARGE CAPACITY AMMUNI4 TION FEEDING DEVICES. Those sections overstep the intent of the Bill by too far a measure and should be omitted. We'll likely not be able to go the all or nothing...

      Yes, you can transfer in without, but if you do decide to purchase another handgun in the future, you will need to get one. I had same experience when I moved in from Arizona. Note: Veteran status does not apply.

      Unfortunately, I do not believe anything will happen. If the gun-owning populous do not get together right now to have this legislature amended, then their historical proclivity for passivity will likely prevail.
