20 gauge fosters in Southern MD

If you don't have your own land. The benefits I see are limited number of hunters, so not avoiding others on public land, typically good chances of seeing deer, allows for a longer firearm season. Just to name a few.

20 gauge fosters in Southern MD

True, but some of the managed hunts only allow for shotgun.

      Hog hunts

Wicked Boar Outdoors in SC is a good time. I was there earlier this year and hogs a plenty. You can find him on Facebook and Google. Nichols SC is not a bad drive from MD. I tried different outfitters in NC and didn't have any luck. I don't think NC has quite the hog population.

      300blk cast boolits

I was wondering if anyone in PG or Chuck county has some 300blk cast boolits for subsonic plinking? trying to determine if it is worth the effort before I got another mold. I have and can offer lead (WW and soft lead) in return.

      IMR 3031 for. 223

I did work up a load in H335, but ran out of that. Not sure when I'll get more. The other choices I'm looking at are 8208 and 4350. Honestly, the hh35 leaked through my lee auto drum like a sieve but otherwise I liked it.

      Idaho Elk Hunt 2019

That really is unfortunate about the guide getting mauled by the bears. Definitely something to think about when preparing, whether it will be a solo hunt or with some other people. As for my planning, I think I am leaning more towards hunting CO. I am going to drive, so CO is a bit closer...

      Dove Hunting in Southern MD

Anyone here dove hunt public land in Southern MD. I have not dove hunted before but was going to try this year. I know Chetleham, Myrtle Grove and Chicamuxen have been planted, but curious if it is worth the time to check it out. I will be using a 12 ga, Remington 870, 28" barrel with...

      Idaho Elk Hunt 2019

So, some you have mentioned hiking about 3 to 4 hours to get away from other hunters. The trails and roads are only about 1 to 2 miles apart and average about 4 to 6 miles in length. Are you going down the trail for a while then going off? Looking at the satellite view and topo view I can't...

      Idaho Elk Hunt 2019

Awesome picture Wilcam. I take it you have a trail cam set up. I suppose Elk are like whitetail in that the younger ones tend to be more tender....:bannana: On another note, I came across the staff roster including the biologists for ID at...
