New indoor range between DC & Balto?

Exploding Targets I put that as a reference when I first put the web site up. Truth is it's inaccurate. I shoot them with my .223 all the time with 55grain. I guess it's safe to say 2200-2400Fps. 55 grain + basically a .233 +- mds213
