Where is her uncle's farm? I have a 22 semi, 38sp revolver snubby, 9mm semi, 357 revolver and a 1911 45ACP. ALL of them are favorites for different reasons (the least of which is the snubby).
I usually bring them all when we go shooting and I have found that women seem to feel comfortable...
It is just a Stoeger Condor Competition O/U in 20ga. I guess I jumped a little quick on a good price without thinking it through. I figured it was a good entry gun and if I like trap/skeet, I'll save up for a better 12ga.
Thank you all for the input. I was thinking a 20ga O/U to help with a disc issue in my neck.
Since I don't want to lose my deposit, it may become as one suggested, getting both! :)
I have two 12ga but both are pumps. I'll give this a try and see how I do.
Again, thank you all.
Hello,
I have a 20ga on order for starting skeet and trap shooting, just fun to begin with. Any reasons I should try to change the order to a 12ga? I appreciate any opinions. Thanks!
Great advice that I will be taking! I have a Stoeger Competition on the way but have never shot (well, very little). I'll definitely do the lessons. Thanks!
Thanks for all the info! I am looking at MSAR's site and it looks like it fits all the bills. I called On Target, and have been there with handguns, but nothing really for rifle beyond (he thought) 22lr. MSAR looks like a good reason to make the trip. Again, great help, folks. Thank you.
Is there an indoor range, like Freestate, that allows just about everything from 22lr to .223? I live just across the bay from Annapolis, not afraid to travel, but Middle River is a bit far. It seems everytime I want to take my sons to the outdoor range...we have downpours. Regular handguns...
I should also add that the different sized tank was about $150 more than the one I went to get (out of stock), and lengthening connections raised the $. If you get the same size you have, it will be less $$. I'm sure if you can't do it, a neighbor has a few times.
Mine took a dump Easter Sunday. I went to Lowe's in Easton and had to get a shorter/wider propane tank as it was the ONLY one they had. Other places didn't even carry propane units. Anywho, I had to lengthen the pipes (used flex), extend the flue pipe and get a new stand. All done for $805...
Looks like a button on a fur coat. :)
I think I'm going to start hitting the range regardless of weather. I'll use the truck as a warming hut as long as I can stand it.
I'm just surprised this is being applied to a couple criminals and not several million "good guys". I didn't think they bothered criminals with these things anymore.
