      Tristar Viper Youth model

Weather and schedule permitting, a group of us shoot 5 stand at Hopewell Fish on Thursdays, The group usually consists of my brother, me, father in law and wife's nephew (sometimes). No pun intended, we have a blast and I think if my wife tried it, she'd enjoy it as well. Currently she isn't a...

Hopewell fish and game bunny shoot

Good seeing you again. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves despite a little wait. Yessir 175 each day and the rain held off long enough today.

      A $5000 shotgun?

Another vote for Joel Etchen's. Last fall, brother and I went there since he's a lefty. He was able to handle 4 different lefty models that day between Browning and Beretta. Prepare to spend some time there comparing different makes, models. I forget who the salesman was that helped him...

      10/22 Trigger options

As others said, depends on the goal. First trigger upgrade I did was a volquartsen which was 1000 times better than stock. Then I replaced that with a Kidd. Traded the Volquartsen to a buddy.

Hopewell fish and game bunny shoot

For those interested. The bunny shoot (all bunny targets, some on ground, some may not be :) ) is a good time

Anyone with an AR15 pistol 7"

With a 7" 556, the muzzle blast and concussion is a bonus flashbang every time you pull the trigger.

      Accurate 10/22s

Just curious, was the flyer your first shot? I learned that my first will always be a flyer vs the rest of magazine. Might not be by much, but enough to drop points in a match. After learning that, waste first round use next 8, swap mag and continue shooting, never run mag empty before...

      Pimp My 10/22

10/22's are so much fun... I think only factory parts left on mine are bolt, receiver and scope mount. Bell and Carlson anchsutz style stock, volquartson barrel, kidd 2 stage trigger 7oz and 7oz , power custom extended titanium bolt handle and recoil spring assembly.

What did you do at your reloading bench today?

If/when you can, do your self a huge favor and get a hand priming tool. I have the original RCBS (not the universal one) and it is so much faster and get a good feel on the seating. Can prime 100 in about 8 minutes.

Learning Reloading: HOW To, What to, and What not to ...

Great point SG. And your pic is perfect for the next point. I've seen this mentioned a ton online that H110 and W296 are "the same powder" but why is the min,/max data different?!?! I'll stick with what the books say and treat them differently.
