      Probably because the only commonly available affordable ones left are 24/47 and m48 and youre only gonna buy so many of those, not a bunch of makers, markings etc to collect in those compared to k98s or mosins, and the lack of cheap ammo doesnt help. Sent from my galaxy s3 using tapatalk 2

      even with a C&R these days buying online you're probably looking at around $260 $275 after shipping. so if you find a decent one locally, even up near $300 will be a fair price, especially since you can look at it before you buy.

      agree, most ammo is around 40 cents a round right now anyway, you might aswell buy new made non corrosive reloadable ammo. even if you dont reload someone else will buy the cases off you for a good price and you'll end up paying much less per round.

      i dunno, within 15 yards or so they seem ok, mostly the stiff trigger and terrible sights limit how well you can shoot it, but i dont think the guns themselves are all that inherently inaccurate, they're actually pretty well made.
