I have seen quite a few references to 23A delegates in this thread. Over the past few weeks, I have been begging for a stance on the bill and have gotten nothing. That tells me they definitely support SB281.

Ok went to their FAQ page and found this is just a requirement to receive a CCW non-resident permit with AZ and VA. The site will take care of giving you all the application forms and information you need, though. However, for VA you need to get the application notarized.
