      Especially if you are rolling out of bed to defend yourself, you may want the extra rounds to make up for the time it takes to shake the cobwebs off.

      That is 100% false. Having a TS clearance doesn't grant you any special rights...if anything, you get rights taken away (privacy). All local laws must be followed.
