Could it be a mag issue with the batch of mags he currently has? I feed .300 BLK through my windowed Pmags without issue and they feed the 5.56 green tip lake city all the same all day. Anyone else having this problem with their mags with the .300?
Thanks for the offer Bart, I forgot to change my location as I havent been on in awhile. But the ARMY saw fit to move us to Ft Huachuca in Arizona last October.

But I said my piece and stand by it. But I guess some members here think it best to fire guns into gravel in the back of vans at gunshows and take build advice from people just starting to learn themselves. After all, noone...
I get that, And am not trying to hammer him like others. My only point is this, Someone that reads this thread may actually at some point due to lack of common sense actually pm or ask him a critical question based on him saying he damn near knows it all. The info given may be given in good...
I have no dog in this fight at all, And really never plan on doing anything with a Saiga so this in no way affects me. But I will point out one thing, You are offering up advice on how to convert a rifle based on how you did it. You are new and fresh to ALL regulated firearms having just turned...
Laser bore sighters are great if you have the correct type. While it is more expensive, I only buy the ones that chamber into the firearm. I have tried the ones that stick in the end of the barrel and as mentioned above they are all over the place.
