Problem arises when you defend yourself after 10/1 and the courts favor Md. I am not sure the courts could ever go for such an unconstitutional law (SB1)

Let them know that they will be loosing your business... no reason to be shy about it. Folks need to recognize that their advocacy will have a cost to their bottom line.
****I don’t even see why a business even gets involved like this - liberal or conservative, 2A supporter, 3A supporter, or not - customers money spends the same. Doesn’t seem like a prudent business move.

It's a questionable move, any time you stand a chance of alienating/polarizing your customer base - it's best to just keep as neutral as possible. IMO.

The default corporate stance will be they fear the woke antugunners bad publicity more than losing our business.

And after 10/1 . " being nuetral = posting no signs at all = prohibiting guns .

    Behind enemy lines...
The sign has no force of law. If they spot you carrying and say something, just leave the property immediately. If you refuse to leave, you can be tresspassed.

    Concealed means concealed.
    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^THIS^^^^^^^^^^^^^

But actually the law says the weapon can be spotted "BRIEFLY". And if spotted and asked to leave, tell them you'll never be back, ever. However after 10/1, it will have the force of law.

    I suspect;
    1. They know such decisions will anger some customers
    B. This rule still applies--their house, their rules
    >>Customers still have the options to respect their rules, carry concealed or avoid doing business with them

All of which has been previously discussed ad nauseum

    Y'all should leave MD

Sometimes it's just not worth fighting the communists and is easier to leave. Let them kill each other. Move out of the crossfire.

And how, pray tell, does someone do that that has tenure and is close to retirement, without losing the retirement and benefits?

That’s great until the commies come to your state……..and they will. They must be fought against in EVERY state.

What good is tenure and retirement if you are killed because you can't defend yourself from some law breaking killer?

    I did it.

    I still work here.

But the quality of life in PA is SIGNIFICANTLY better
How far do you drive, do you work in PG or DC? If not then what? And don't say, move to VA, the housing prices are worse there as are the taxes.

What good is putting in 25+ years if you give up all of the retirement you have accrued? Glad you, and everyone else that say "just move out of Maryland" have the ability to do so and walk away and start over on retirement plans. Most people can't, so stop with the ad hominem suggestions, that don't work for 90% of the population.
