Regarding the PA license, I highly recommend Delaware County. I submitted 7/9 and was approved 8/1. Went up to the courthouse and was in and out in literally 10 minutes.

York and Adams approve in days not weeks

    Delaware County is outside Philly.

Why drive 2.5-3 hours when both York and Adams are under 2 hours?

Same here, 21 days, but in and out in 10 minutes.

Just noticed your username, Ham Radio operator also? 73s

    Indeed!

Although, since the arrival of our daughter, I’ve not been as active in the hobby.

I find I’m on the dirt bike fairly frequently and can often be spotted here and here (look for the ANSI Class III jersey)

My (in tank) fuel filter recently sabotaged my last ride.

Where are you coming from? I live near ANP and drove to York in about an hour and a half. York is using an auxiliary facility that has plenty of parking.
Southern MD so I'll be driving either way, just hate city parking lol, thanks everyone for the suggestions

I'm also a ham. However I never post my callsign because anyone can look up my address. I might need to get a P.O. Box.

They should require you to login with valid FRN credentials in order to access the callsign lookup. That would eliminate a lot of the risk of being doxxed.

Same here but a pm is ok 73 never know where another ham or 2nd amendment support is going to show up
