    SCOTUS didn't go far enough.

This should have been the ruling:

    1) No places are off limits to carry or possess a firearm unless the site has all three things satisfied. a) armed guards, b) security screening, and c) weapon storage lockers.

    2) No permit is required to carry a firearm anywhere in the U.S. and territories with exemption to those who are fugitives and those incarcerated.

    3) firearms, firearm feeding devices, and firearm accessories can not be banned.

    4) Any Politician, Public Official, Public Employee, Contractor, Judge, or Police Officer who attempts to further ban or restrict firearm rights can be imprisoned for 50 years and fined 500 million dollars for each offense.

Bloomberg could pay the fines for the entire Senate and have change left over

    Related question...

Given the 2nd and 14th amendments....how has NY got away with restricting non resident permits to only those with property or a business? Since when does self defense become moot when you cross a state border?
