MSP facilitates LE applications over everyone else. By statute. How many other LE applications were "accelerated" because if you're going off of one and making that statement you're potentially just stirring the pot. (IOW, you could be correct but do you have any others?)
I'm federal not MD LEOMSP facilitates LE applications over everyone else. By statute.
MD LEO’s pay no application fee, are exempt from training. They only pay for the livescan fee.
FYI.
Feds are also exempt from the training requirements, a graduation cert from FLETC or other academy suffices.I'm federal not MD LEO
I'm well aware of all of that, I just went through it and got the approval.Feds are also exempt from the training requirements, a graduation cert from FLETC or other academy suffices.
Feds pay the $75 and Livescan fee.
After that, you’ll endure the same wait for the database checks and clearances.
Before Bruen, you’d have also needed nothing but the day job for your G&S.

NICS: Who knows? Another 1-2 weeks?
Approved: No time soon...
This is like watching molasses flow uphill in February.....
Approved in the future. Definitely a first for MSP.
Boondock SaintWho's the guy in this thread doing the tracking and trend analysis for the timelines. I tried to find it and went back a few pages in the thread but I couldn't find it.
The main reason is because I was in a conversation with my BIL and one of his friends about how long things are typically taking. When he took his class, they were told to expect to wait 90 days, but mine was approved in about 6 weeks, and I'm curious what the current trend is.
Thanks! Do we have a current average for number of days, applied to approved?

Find one of his posts and he has a link to the data in his sig line. Post # 5449 for example. Thanks! Do we have a current average for number of days, applied to approved?
Select Print Page to see if there's a NICS numberOn the MDSP Licensing Portal, where are you finding these details?
I’m sitting at 48 days let’s hope 54 is still in play.Check his speadsheet. Applied to approved, the last seven days, is averaging 54.4 days, but that goes up every single day.
Today is my 54th....I am thinking it will be averaging 56-58 right about now.I’m sitting at 48 days let’s hope 54 is still in play.
