    Got livescan back yesterday I did it on 7/14 this charge is only guilty plea on my record

    Ok as the objection sheet says

    Its part of a unit. What that means is if one of the charges from the unit is not expungable, then none is. The Dist charge is not expungable for 15 years from completion of everything, including probabtion. So even a jay walking charge that was a not guilty cant that was part of the arrest for Dist cant be expunged until the Dist charge is expungable.

    You need to wait until 15 years has passed on the dist charge, then file for expungment on all of it.

    You also cant get something 20 years old, even a jay walking ticket expunged, if you have any other charges after it that are not expungable.

    So a jay walking in 2002, the a dist in 2007. The jay walking is stuck with you until the Dist charge is expunged
