Why would anyone comply with this nonsense given the new numbers out from the CDC??!?!? This is not nearly as deadly as everyone originally thought and the survivability rate is 98.99%
I mean it's time to start standing up to this ridiculous tyranny or it will destroy all of us!

Good grief! Well, there are still a few restaurants open across county lines, I guess. What gets me (as someone who lives near the writer’s turf) is how gleefully eager some of these places are to do ANYTHING that they think will make the Karens happy.
Notable Bethesda exception: the Tastee Diner. They are being possibly gravely wounded by all this and aren’t shy about telling you all about it. They know their place is more hygienic than Home Depot and are furious at the disparate treatment. They get my pancake money and a big tip as long as they can survive, which might not be long.
At this point, much of the BS businesses are pushing on customers is nothing more than virtue signaling, beyond mandates or any reasonable sanitation effort. Of course there are mandated practices, and businesses have been threatened will all manner of fines and license suspensions, but instead of following the mandates, or pushing back, most are adding their own "mandates". We go to far fewer places now, those that are left primarily don't enforce mandates, or follow the actual mandates and nothing more, exemptions and all. If a buisness pushes mandates, especially those not required by the state, then I usually walk out, and don't plan on returning even if/when things get back to normal. There are a lot of Facebook groups to help find friendly businesses too, and have found some new favorites, so that helps. IMO the more we push back, and the more we don't comply, and support businesses that don't comply, the less likely they are to push new mandates and lockdowns, and the more it frustrates covidiots that want to force their ways on others.
I find that I follow this as best practice when buying guns too
You want my HQL to buy your long gun? F off
You want my HQL for your C&R firearm? The dealer and me will tell you to F off
You want to run a long gun through a dealer? F off
Follow the rules and do nothing more than mandated
SINCE THIS WHOLE THING STARTED, much of the BS businesses are pushing on customers is nothing more than virtue signaling
