    the guy's excuse is he forgot he had it. How do you forget you have a gun? Pocket or bag doesn't matter, how do you forget?

    Almost as a big of a joke as the way that zip tie was put on.

    Looks like it's just to hold it to the peg board - maybe it was upright for display.

    I'm guessing someone didn't know how to open the action LOL.

    When I worked in the firearms industry, and would occasionally be forced to work a show where the general public attended, you'd be amazed how many self-appointed gun experts cannot get little pistols like that open.

    I know what you mean. There's a button on the side to open the cylinder.
