Well at the end of the meeting, Andrea Chamblee asked where her driver is? It’s not just a driver, but an armed police officer is chauffeuring her around.

The irony of this is unbelievable, a person so opposed to guns being protected by a gun. What a hypocrite!

And Ed this is the one thing they ignore and turn a blind eye to . It really is shameful and very hypocritical .

Great! Even though we know the conclusions of the report are a foregone, well, conclusion, avoid the broach of decorum that one frustrated individual committed tonight by running over time, then not taking the hint to sit. Makes it harder to argue that good gun owners follow the law.....

I left about 7:15 as my allergies were killing me and I needed to take Benedryl. Before I left though, I went and talked to the officers on duty on the floor. I asked if they were on ot and was told no, they are on duty shift. After watching them, I believe they were a security detail probably because the Patriot Picket was going to show up. Can you believe they took a Sergeant, Corporal and three officers off the street to watch us?
10 to 1 it was that batcrazy woman fixated on penises who went and beat on Pittman's desk to get the security detail there.

Standing in the lobby while Ms. Chamblee was being interviewed, one of the officers read my name tag "Not a jerk. Okay." and gave a chuckle. I mentioned that "she started it" and pointed at Chamblee. I then handed them copies of the Gazette editorial and the Chamblee response. The Sergeant read the first headline and asked "Is this real?" I told them they could keep the docs, and search the Gazette website to confirm that I wasn't pulling a fast one. I'm pretty sure they all read both articles, and there was much discussion afterward.

When I returned home this evening, I provided both articles to The Wife and Miss Migraine ('cuz they didn't understand the nametag.) Both are convinced that Chamblee is a nutter.

It's a little difficult to see, but Chamblee is wearing her husband's ID badge. She put it on for the on-camera interview, and made a point to show it to the reporter. She is standing on her husband's corpse to push her political agenda.

5 AACO PD officers there because the PP would be there. Of course the PP would be the LEAST likely people to cause any trouble for which the police would be needed.
These morons just keep portraying us as complete nuts, when in fact, they are the unstable ones.

Why are tax dollars being used to provide her with a uniformed officer driving her around? Or did she hire them herself?
Even if an individual is threatened, they aren’t getting police to drive them around.
