They really don't have to prove it, do they?
Only allege it and it's up to the prosecutor to prove it.
Go to jail, hire and lawyer and take your chances in court.

Everyone's foresight to this HPRB was spot on. Bunch of .Gov yes men. The chairman is a wet bag of Frosh. After the Judge had his little intro, a month or so back. I knew this is how it would play out.

Marylanders to Prevent Gun Owners assiduously “monitor” the MSP and the HPRB at the public hearings.

They do this instead of going door-to-door in Baltimore City “monitoring” their fellow Democrats who are shooting each other.

They are smart enough to know that it is obviously safer to spend the evening Democrat virtue-signaling among armed cops and the most law-abiding cohort of the population of Maryland.

But it doesn’t mean they aren’t still looney tunes when they want to be.

Take Elsie: visible at the far left in the pic below, with the man haircut, seated next to Pot-Bellied Liz, sitting among the MPGV note-takers tonight at the HPRB hearing.

Elsie got “disappeared” from the HPRB hearings by the MPGV Ruling Secretariat for a time (she used to be an HPRB regular) because of the incident captured on PATRIOT PICKET video below.

Elsie just started attending the HPRB again.

Elsie attempted to step between two people from MDS discussing the expulsion of two witnesses from an MGA House Judiciary Committee hearing on gun bills on March 6, 2018.

She fake-talks and her lips move with silent nonsense until she inadvertently laughs at a question posed: “Why did you step between us and interrupt our conversation?”

Mr. Hershon is hitting all the important parts , but the MSP and the clowns of the HPRB will have no logic introduced and it makes no difference . To flaming liberals logic has no importance just feelings , feelings rate high in the discussion of guns & permits .

Wow, this new HPRB is indistinguishable from a movie depiction of a Communist Chinese court. No matter how compelling the argument, the state is always right.

By this board’s logic, the applicant could have been unarmed and violently assaulted during non-business hours, but the MSP LD would have been in the right to issue permit restrictions because it is within their authority and the HPRB provides no real oversight.

Might be slightly off topic, but MD really can be irritating.

All states recognize each others driver's licenses. All states recognize each other's marriage licenses. This should be no different.

On top of that, the hypocrisy of MD in saying they won't help the feds with illegal immigration because that deals with federal law and at the same time tramples on a RIGHT guaranteed at the federal level.
