    So this HPRB disbanding is a Marylanders to Prevent Gun Ownership pet project? Other than the old guy, who might have been a dad of one of those in MDPGV or MDA, no one else stepped up to testify beyond the antigun leadership. After the Baltimore Sun repeatedly attacking the HPRB (no doubt acting as stenographers for antigun lobbyists), you'd think there might be a groundswell of support ... but I saw zilch.

    “The old guy” used to write a letter to the editor almost every week to the Howard County Times and Columbia Flyer. I haven’t seen his name around in a while though. He’s just an anti gun citizen activist.
