I have a 405 grain, cavity base, Lee mold that drops .4595 using pure lead plus 5% tin. Which is the same as 20:1.

Your final diameter will depend on how hot your mold is and the lead mix.

Final size can also be different from mold to mold from the same manufacturer.

MP Molds he started by doing custom group buys for the Cast Boolits Forum and still does, he has made a number of .45-70 designs and currently lists two on his web site. One of which is .460 dia. and either 392 Grain hollow base or 420 Grain solid base.

There is also an active group buy in process on Cast Boolits for a Mihec Mold (MP Molds owner is Miha Prevec) for an Elmer Kieth styled .45-70 400 Grain HP SWC details and options here:

There have been a number of different designs some may be available from time to time on Cast Boolits Swappin & Sellin section.

Another group buy that recently closed and is in production it is for a 405 Grain solid / 382 Grain Large HP / 388 grain Penta HP. Sometimes he has production overruns for sale on his web site or contact him directly.

I have a number of Mihec molds from group buys in .45-70 and other calibers and they are excellent molds.

^^^ this, MiHec molds are great, Get in on the group buys, you won't be disappointed only down side is if you are in a hurry, some GB's close fast others don't, but once again his molds are top notch, his clone H&G 68 & the others with all the pins, kinda like the "penta-points", own a lot of his molds here also.... no complaints, there is an article in Handloader June 2018 page 56 on his molds.

    500 grain Lyman 457125 excellent bullet. 420 grain Lyman 457193. That's all I have.

There's a reason I said minimum drop with 1:20 needs to be .460" so .4595" and .457 will not to me any good.

He makes good stuff from what I read but I do not want HB or HP nor do I want brass which is what he has in stock. I also do not want to dick around with group buys, it would be faster to use Veral Smith of LBT for a similar price.

I cast a few 45-70's from Lee molds. Been using the same molds for years. One is a 340 and the other is a 300. No issues with mine.
