And I am grateful beyond words! The service I get from everyone at BBP is pretty much second-to-none. Great people. Fantastic inventory. I wouldn't consider buying a CZ pistol anywhere else.

I was pretty outraged about the HQL at first but, knew I'd eventually get one because I enjoy shooting/collecting handguns too much. I used a copy of my DD-214 for exemption from the HQL class so, really, the biggest hassle was trying to schedule a half day-off from work to get fingerprinted. Once I did that, I had my HQL in hand 8 days later. Glad I did it, although, I understand/respect why some folks steadfastly refuse.

CZ has stepped-up their game the past couple of years by expanding their product line without sacrificing quality control to do it. CZ seemed to learn from its past mistakes, unlike certain other manufacturers that still don't GAF and never will. The Shadow 2 is the pinnacle of that achievement.

It's getting to be a habit: go to BBP to look at one thing...end up getting something completely different. At least this time the Shadow 2 was on my list. It wasn't at the top but it was close to it.

Sneak peak at the CZ P-10F. No ETA on availability but, read that a sub-compact P-10 is in the works, too.

My first CZ, but probably not my last. Their guns seem solid, and that Shadow is beautiful. Seems like Scorpions are a dime a dozen these days, but she's new to me, and I love her. I've already swapped out the right side safety lever, looking at getting a Vortex Crossfire RDS for her.
