There's something missing in all this.......

    OH... I know...

    Congress. IN SESSION.

Yes, funny how Congress left for Spring Break before Trump, and is returning after him. Must be exhausting for them to keep that breakneck schedule and accomplish amazing things.

Massive Fast And Furious Report Slams Holder, DOJ For Deception In Gun-Running Scandal
    http://www.foxnews.com/politics/201...doj-for-deception-in-gun-running-scandal.html
The House Oversight Committee released a scathing report Wednesday that accuses former Attorney General Eric Holder and his Department of Justice of covering up Operation Fast and Furious and misleading Congress’ investigation into the botched gun-running operation.

The nearly 300-page report states that the Justice Department under Holder actively tried to hide the facts from the loved ones of slain Border Patrol Brian Terry – seeing his family as more of a “nuisance” than one deserving straight answers — and at times being openly hostile to them...

And nothing will continue to come of it, Holder will not be thrown in jail :mad54:
This. Is there any wonder why there is such contempt of the government? No one is held accountable for anything, whether legally, civilly, morally, or ethically.

And the sad thing is another administration will do the same thing.

The only news about Eric Holder that I heard this morning was that he represents Uber in its sex scandal investigation.

If the Democrats had released the Fast 'n Furious Report, it would have been done on the Capitol steps in front of running news cameras on a well-publicized, otherwise slow news day in order to garner maximum attention.

More evidence of the Republicans' complete buffoonery when it comes to anything political involving public perception (redundant). Special thanks in this case to Jason Chaffetz, the milquetoast, non-investigative chairman of the House Oversight Committee, who is resigning but has left such a non-impression in the world that nobody even noticed. And good job, Republican leadership, for putting such an invisible person into such a high profile position, so his important work will remain unnoticed. Wouldn't want to upset the liberals or expose their wrongdoing, now, would we? :sarcasm:

Republicans don't have the heart or interest in pursuing justice against Democrats. To them, it's all politics and if Dems offend, it's catch and release. It's only the Dems who play for keeps.

    The headline says it all.

The documents were previously withheld by Attorney General Eric Holder, who was voted in civil and criminal contempt of Congress for refusing to turn them over. President Obama invoked executive privilege in June 2012 to prevent their release just hours before the contempt vote was held.
    Just so everyone remembers ...

President Obama Grants Executive Privilege to Eric Holder Over ‘Fast and Furious’ Documents - Jun 20, 2012
Holder recently agreed to provide additional subpoenaed documents to members of Congress, including Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), however, the latest move indicates the attorney general has no intention of making good on his promise.

Issa responded to President Obama’s decision to grant the attorney general executive privilege over documents relating to Operation “Fast and Furious.”

“The communications in question must relate to the quintessential and non-delegatable presidential power that requires direct presidential decision making. The privilege is limited to the core constitutional powers of the president, such as the power to appoint and remove, the commander-in-chief power, the sole authority to receive ambassadors and public ministers and the pardoning power,” Issa said referring to the instances where executive privilege can be asserted.
So, does that mean Holder acted on Obama's direct presidential decision when the weapons were allowed to walk

    Trump'ed Again !!!
