Dumb bill. You are Federally disqualified. A FEDERAL Firearms License is......wait for it.....Federal!!!! Why would an FFL put their license in jeopardy to sell a firearm to someone who smells of elderberries and weed?

You post actually made me have a scarry thought.

What if MGA passed a law with much fanfair of stopping Trump and his AG from bullying lowly MD residents, saying something to the effect that MD FFLs cannot discriminate against MM card holders on the grounds of care givers or what ever made up crap, and subsequently attach a major penalty for asking. Any FFL who asks is shut down by the state. You can guess how the ATF would react.

Yep. It is scary indeed. BTW, this bill is from one of our friends in the MGA, imagine what our enemies could do.

If Federal Law was actually enforced, there would be NO MM.

Think about that for a second.

Exactly. The solution to a bad law is rigorous enforcement of said law.

It wakes the populace up and motivates them into action to change the law.

It's really insane how obsessed grown men are with MJ. From the outside looking in, it's appears that it is so important to some people that one would have to think it cures cancer, aids, makes people geniuses, and adds 10" to their penis.

I’ve never tried MJ not any other drug, and never will. Not my thing. However, I don’t believe it’s government’s role or duty to tell Americans what they can or can’t put in their bodies.

    Freedom and all that.

Only until they get behind the wheel or otherwise endanger others.

just wondering how different it is from the states that have passed laws forbidding local law enforcement from cooperating with federal gun control laws? They caveat it as saying that it only applies to firearms used only within the borders of that state, but that is a simple clarification...

I heard an MPR article on MM in MD and the mere possession of a MM card was enough to get you disqualified from owning firearms at the federal level. Even if you have never purchased or ingested the stuff.

Correct. That is what Sessions, MD, PA, and HI have all said.

It doesn't cure anything. You just don't care.
Maybe we need to bring back Quaaludes too.

It is a confirmed appetite builder. Cancer, AIDS and other diseases which wipe out the patient's desire for food could be helped by it. All the other claims are BS in my opinion.
Yes, I smoked it more than once in the late 1980's and early 1990's. Excess hunger is absolutely a side effect.

It definitely affects appetite. It is available in tablet form (dronabinol). It works very well for stimulating appetite and doesn't get you high. Nobody ever wants it for some reason. :innocent0
