Frosh Cancels MD 2A Rally!

Please watch this video. He's talking trash about Maryland and tells everyone HE didn't want this type of rally, HE didn't think it was time to conduct a rally like this. He... He.... He.....

I'm tired of this guy throwing Maryland under the bus. Please leave a comment under this idiotic video. He needs to know he's not the final answer, much less a messenger of Maryland politics.


I started with a few choice words in a response to video. Please add to it.

See posts 321, 329, and 335 above. Why get in the mud with him when he has practically no audience? Did you even know about this guy until a week or two ago? Don't give him the attention. He defines himself with his sniping. Related to this, I'd still like to know if he flat made up what the PP marchers were doing as it suggests he's just trolling for a response.

This ^^. His last video was full of lies, no surprise that this one is as well. He doesn't have a clue about the state of the 2A in MD and if he can't get behind locals who do then let him shove off into his little YT kingdom. Reminds me a lot of the Walrus, actually.

Any time someone without knowledge pretends to know what we're dealing with in this state and then trashes the work of the Patriot Picket is deserving of an in your face rebuttal. Just remember, he may not have a large following but he is getting HIS message out to all 50 states. For him to bash what the guys are doing and NOT say something is a huge disservice to the Patriot Picket.

I just don't like someone without knowledge to tell us how to fight our battles. He has no idea.

I am curious about the woman in the black dress, black hose, and bright red lipstick. She came out of nowhere and followed us down to the water front with a look that would kill. She filmed the march. What was her story?

As mentioned above, she and I had a nice conversation about what we were doing, and her take on various rights issues. She admitted being troubled by the thought of handling firearms, but sh was not at all rabid on the issue. She seemed to "get it" when I explained that if we have a right to be alive, we have a corresponding responsibility to ourselves and our loved ones to protect those lives.

She remarked on the absence of people of color, but acquiesced in noting that many of the LEOs in the area were in fact black. I mentioned that nearly all the restrictive gun laws were a direct result of racism, with post-Civil War white folk feeling threatened by the idea of freed slaves being armed. We discussed the Blue Lives MAtter signs, which she found troubling until she had to admit that singling out LEOs for assassination because of their duties was a biy over the top, even if there were examples of cops acting badly. I pointed out that the media was never going to spend airtime celebrating the good that these men and women do, and that they are no more or less prone to over-reacting than any other individual; they are, however, constantly under a media microscope.

Regarding what she was doing: she allowed as how she was recording the event as an aid to her personal understanding of what we were about, and as a sort of historical record. She seemed open to discussion, and I think we both profited from the exchange.

I have absolutely seen her in Annapolis before during session. I cannot place her. Maybe a reporter, maybe a member of the staff in either house or maybe with the Moms. I don't know, but she is definitely someone I have seen while in Annapolis and giving testimony.

I appreciate your passion. This guy doesn't get it for two reasons:

1. He doesn't want to. We didn't subscribe to his vague and nebulous premise for a rally. Captain Berz was very receptive to the idea of our signs and flags, etc... on initial contact.

2. He hasn't lived here for any period of time to know the lay of the political landscape.

But mostly #1.

Berz got countermanded by NEA.

I think he had his ass handed to him for even considering taking up Rack's offer. Then they concocted the 'moving statues' line of BS so Berz could gracefully exit while boss man did his Youtube bashing.

NEA is a legend in his own mind. I could tell that from his very first video anouncing the Capitol 2A Rallies when he called out Yeager and NutnFancy.

P.S. - I still think it was a set-up to show that there is no support for 2A nationally ... or at least NEA's version of 2A ... you know, the softer and gentler kind.

First up, I want to add my thanks to EL1227 for all the work and effort he puts into making AWESOME videos that are FORCE MULTIPLIERS for us. He is always online with us while we are onscene, and then he is churning out work hours after we have put our feet up. Without these excellent productions, our impact could vaporize with the last voice leaving the scene. Instead, our voices and images continue to have impact to get the job done.

And a second thank you to MarkGrutz, for grabbing excellent shots that document the WHOLE day. He hauls a lot of gear to make this happen and produces news magazine quality photos!.

I could not be more proud to stand with the most excellent people I have ever known! Look at the RSVP list and look at the photos and you will see everyone who said they would show up, showed up.

I'd especially like to thank Stoveman for carrying much of the load on all the work that was done behind the scenes. We tried the partnership route, but when we found no real partners, we picked up the dropped baton ("permit withdrawn") and got in gear. No one from outside Maryland can know what we are dealing with better than a MDshooter, so we go with our gut.

To a rally organizer wanna-be in Texas: dude, you have your civil rights there honored in a major way. It's just not possible for your hug-a-thon plans from 2,000 miles away to be force-matched overtop the hell we endure here from people working to strip us of our rights year in, and year out. In short, butt out and have a nice day.

To those who may be uncomfortable with what we encountered today: we did not provoke the hate, we REVEALED it. It hides out there all the time. That hate is for a civil right that the Left wants GONE.

Thanks again, to all the Patriots, especially those who brought their kids with them, or who gutted out a march on artificial legs and stepped right up to shield me from a Loon in my face. I love you guys.
