Columbia, 21045: 6100 block of Majors Lane, Jul. 30 1:55 a.m.
Unknown suspect(s) gained entry to the residence by breaking the front door and stole cash, jewelry and a handgun.

Thankfully, the thief had his HQL, so its a-ok.

House backs right up to the bike path.
Still a 2:00 AM front door break-in is pretty ballsy.

I bet over 75% of the crime committed in Columbia is within a 2 mile radius of that house.

The part of the path over by the convenience store (Sams Mart) on Stevens Forest is a lot dicier. And also that footbridge over 29. I confess around that area I do not slow down for chit chat.

More often than not I see HCPD on bike patrols around there during the day.
