While hunting you can only have a maximum of eight rounds in a gun, that's the only reg out there

Mags over 10 rounds are only illegal to buy or sell IN maryland. They are legal to posess and its legal to buy them out of state and bring back to md

One other 10-round exception is a tubular magazine for a .22 rifle.

Yes, New York forbids loading more than 7 rounds in a 10 round mag.
