Kinda goes hand-in-hand with the other about "the ones that got away" but I thought it should have its own thread.

OK, unless you're one of the lucky ones who never regretted buying any firearm they own, most of us have bought a firearm (doesn't need to be a handgun) that almost immediately gave us buyers remorse.

This was one of my worst decisions ever:

Steyr GB. I despised it from the very first shot. It was a massive handful of pistol that was very fussy about the ammo it liked, had a horrendously heavy trigger pull, weighed a ton, had muzzle blast like a .357 Magnum, and shit accuracy with nearly every load I tried. The only good thing about it was tremendous magazine capacity (18) for its time (mid 80's) and it looked cool.

WHAT? I have one and it is amazing. The mags alone go for $250 because they are so hard to find. It has a polygonal barrel that will last forever. The finish is grippey and durable. It features a unique gas-delayed blowback locking system based on the Barnitzke system. It has like no felt recoil. Guess one mans trash is another s treasure.

Bersa Thunder .22 and a TacSol .22 Glock upper. Between these two, I almost gave up on shooting .22's with any sense of reliability.
That TacSol kit is picky with ammo but seems to work well with mini mags and it likes lots of lubricant. Any other ammo is a crap shoot.

Zip gun. I don't think i've made it through one magazine without jamming. It may be a neat exercise in design, but i'd've rather spent the $200 on crack
Crack? I thought you guys in the Southwest liked Crystal meth? That is what Breaking Bad would lead one to believe, LMAO

The GB does have its fans. I'm just not one of them. I ordered mine based on reviews and the (unheard of at the time) 18 round magazine capacity. Regretted it almost from the first shot.

Curious my Dan Wesson is my best 357 what's wring?

There was a little half moon on the frame that stops the cylinder from pushing off the rod when you use the ejector rod. The is actually pressed in . It fell out twice both times sent back to the factory. I had it 25 years ago . I sold it and bought a nice 357 smith mod 27 .

I regret purchasing a Chiappa M9-22 and two extra magazines. I have yet to get through a full magazine without a failure to feed. This after 300 CCI Mini-mags, which was 3/4 of my stash. I still need to send it to Chiappa to get it fixed.

Regret buying the most ... Arminium 22 LR revolver...also my third handgun...traded it for a black powder 1858 Rem retro revolver. Still have that one.
Second worst.... S&W M&P Pro9...performance does not meet marketing hype and expectations from a S&W product
