    Wha? It's public and published.

No it's not "public", these are on a "private" website (you can't get to it thru the normal website) and it's only emailed to people that sign up for the "preview listing of new stuff". It doesn't "go public" until he moves it to the public website. The idea is to (a) give his special customers first crack (b) generate a lot of hype so they sell quickly.
Most of this stuff sells before it even hits the public site.

The unsold items from this page will be added to our "public" web-pages on
Tuesday, April 28th and at that time we will discontinue updating this page.

It's not a state secret or anything, and not "illegal", but he gets upset if YOU publish this and/or send to people not on the special list.

The Garand is still unsold though :)

So is the Johnson. :) If I only had the money for that one.

    Yeah, saw that too...
I'd like to see better pics though. Prices on these have come down a bit so that's a little high unless it's close to perfect (finish looks a little thin from the photos esp on the mag). Need to check the barrel closely too to make sure it's original and matching the collar. Lots of little things to look for that can make a big difference $-wise.

    False.

Anyone can get the list by entering an email address and hitting "join".

Anyone can google "Empire new stuff" and get today's list.

It ain't a state secret. Sorry if I ruffled anyone's feathers. If he sends me an admonition, I'll be sure to update here.

I know nothing about Enfields, but they are in stock at AIM. They have been refinished and no idea if this is a good price or not.

I'm not an Enfield collector but I see these carbines sell all the time on the various auction sites and this price seems REALLY high for refinished weapons. That's around the price I see for original ones, and maybe even more than what originals go for. These are pretty common. If I were in the market, I would keep on looking.
