No ****ing way they keep the Polytech on there. We all know the truth - that this is an M1A copy.
Nice to know piston ARs are ready to go, though.
Generally some work needs to be done to fit a USGI bolt to a Polytech. Perhaps this alone is the reason?

No, the m1a is a copy of it. That's why it should pass.
No, it's not. I know the attorney that petitioned that, and it does not have completely interchangeable internals. The gas plug is threaded differently than the M1A.
If this is the logic they are following, then the CETME should be legal also.
