The easy answer is more Finn Mosins-all types. I could also name several really rare, really expensive firearms that are glaring holes in my collection. But unless I run into someone selling one at a great deal...the following would be my realistic top five.
Realistic being I should be able to find these up for sale or auction a couple of times a year. This list will take me a few years to accomplish due to financial limitations, but at least I know I can knock out one or two a year when I do have disposable income.

In no particular order of importance
-All matching non refurb Russian SKS
-1903A3 (not ruined by a US service rifle collector-trying to make it, "correct")
-authentic SVT40 sniper---refurb OK but prefer non refurb
    -Finned Nagant
    -Finn Lahti L-35

These are my top wants (that are at least somewhat obtainable)

    Finn Capture SVT 40
    German G43 or G41
Winchester M1895 Russian Contract (Probably my #1 Holy Grail)
    Ross Mk. III
    Arisaka Type 2 paratrooper rifle

Most of the things that I want, but don't have, are out of my price range, but there are certain things that I hope to find by good luck.

    I'll eventually get an SVT-40.
There's a certain model of Ballester that I'd like to find.
I'd like an Argentine Air Force Sistema. [sorry ... forgot this was s'posed to be about rifles]
I suspect that a Rasheed/Rashid would join the bunch if the right deal came along.
    Maybe a Ljungman, too.

I bet I know which one :) issue number starts with a "B" perhaps?

    Rifles:

Pretty much what everybody else said, tops to SVT40, M1 carbine & Garand, 1903-A3, K98

I love that the Johnson 1941 was mentioned. Cool rifle and a lot nicer to shoot than a Garand. But 5 times as expensive.

    for me these would do,

    BAR
    Thompson
    Schmeisser MP40
    Sturmgewehr
    PPSh-41

not sure why these weren't mentioned. they all fit the C&R category.

Aren't these regulated under the '34 Firearms Act? I mean, presuming you can afford the pricetags, is an 03 FFL all that's needed to have one shipped to your door?

Still have to do all the NFA paperworks, pay the tax monies, and submit 3/4 of your soul to the ATF to be held in escrow until your first-born child is ready for transfer....but, yes...if you have all the correct documentation, straight to your door.

    FFL means FFL.
