current ATF wait time

I can only vaguely recollect what my items looked like when I purchased them. Check was cashed 12/6/2012. Only took 5 days to collect my $400, but over 6 months later I still can't pass Go. I can't wait to receive my SBR and then wait for a 5320.20 to be approved for travel to the places I usually shoot.

Another form 4 was sent in on 12-15-13 and was pending by 1-16-13. Hopefully that is back in the next 2 weeks or so. The Sparrow has me occupied for now

You will have a little longer wait. Probably 8/1 + for the stamp to be delivered.

I call BATFE to check on a 5320.20. Seems it has been pending since May15th. Not sure what is taking so long. Anyway, while on I figured I would check on a couple of Form 4s. Well, it turns out my M11/9 and CAC-9 Form 4s are not quite right. They are being mailed back today or tomorrow to the seller for correction, hopefully. Hoping once they are sent back in they dont go to the end of the pile.

Argh! The one I was hoping to go smoothly. I have all this 9mm ammo ready for it and have to wait a bit more.

Oh well, thus is the life of an NFA junky.

I dropped a form 4 off yesterday at Pikesville and they told me 4 weeks.

BTW apparently you are supposed to drop off class 3 stuff between 10 and 2. I was politely reminded of that since it was 3pm. I didn't know that.

All pending means is it has been assigned to an examiner. My MP5K transferred from CO to MD in @5mos so I'm expecting another 5-6 before she comes out of purgatory.

I sent in 3 form 1’s on the 5th of March. All checks were cashed on the 15th of March. However, 1 of the 3 serial numbers isn't showing up when I call. Has anyone had them loose a form after the check was cashed?

Interesting… my form 4 mailed on 1/11/13 went pending on 2/11/13 (30 days), but my form 4 mailed on 4/6/13 did not go pending until 6/18/13 (over 70 days).

WTF is going on in WV? They are getting new assistants, but waits are sky-rocketing. I don’t even want to guess when my form 4 mailed on 5/24/13 will come through... it still is not pending.
