So will the forms change, or do I just use the current form avaialble from the State Police website?

And the big question is... Should I provide a "Good & Substantial"... or leave it blank?

Just use the form from the website

"All lawful purposes", that is hard for them to argue against :D

I have already started sending out the word to everyone that has been watching (my and coworkers progress) that the window is opening , and they have 14days to get their up to date apps ready to drop on the 1st day. Now that we have our own runup timeslot , I want to see another 5K apps in the 1st week.

So what is the official date we can apply. Is it 14 business days or 14 straight days?

IANAL and I am certain that one of our legal eagles will correct me if I am wrong; however, everything that we have seen from Legg to date, when a date certain was indicated it was applied as Calendar Days, not Business Days. To my thinking, that means that the stay is lifted as of 0001 EDT on 07AUG2012.

The order to lift the stay is dated 7/23/12 so shouldn't it be 8/6/12?

OK so if people apply again in 14 days and then the 4CA then issues a stay, I assume those folks will be in limbo again like us pre stay applicants? Who knows what MSP will do.
