It is true the court could stay the order until the appeal is heard but until that happens, if it ever does, the order is in place. Would adult ADHD (treated by a doctor) disqualify? I have dropped DUI charges and expungment of those as well. It would be the best $112 I ever spent. No other charges and no violence.

Gonna re-donate to SAF and MSI as well!

So a spectator delegate that represents 4 sparsely populated red counties from the outhouse side of MD is going to pressure senior MSP officials who were appointed by our socialist governor to do something the state is fighting against???

I'm going to hang onto that 112 dollars for now.

I got it all done between last night and today at lunch, including the livescan prints. Filed around 1:30PM at the Pikesville MSP licensing office. Gave "N/A" as the reason, referenced the ruling and attached a full copy for their reading pleasure.

Yep, she wasn't going to give me a receipt so I asked her to do so. She typed one up very quickly and missed the "application" part.
