this seller offered an extra amount of powder right after I committed to buy. Then retracted offer a few days later. I sent multiple messages (10? to him and 1 to ADMIN) before I got a message back from him. He picked a meeting location a stones throw from his home. I drove fron Frederick (20 Min) Knowing that I worked overnight chose 5pm Thursday (rush hour) then had to cancel that appointment, rescheduled for 8am Saturday and later moved to 845 am. Then he asked for more money. I think he was trying to get me to back out of the deal. I believe he had someone offer more money after I had committed to the deal.
