Box and accessories included. Purchased new from a MD FFL in early 2022 if memory serves. It has somewhere in the Ballpark of about 300 rounds of mixed shells through it. Gun originally had a large 18650 streamlight Tactical light attached to the barrel clamp. The excessive weight caused cycling issues. It was sent to Mossberg and they confirmed the weight of the light was the issue. After removing light from gun, it cycles flawlessly. Would recommend a...
