Only 9% (yes 9%) of households in Baltimore are considered to be families. That is, a MARRIED man and woman with LEGITIMATE children. This supports the saying "Where's/Who's my daddy. This is the cause of poor school performance, crime, and drug abuse. Infrastructure is crumbling, litter and trash everywhere, and the "white flight" which began in the late 1960s. More money does not solve the problem.

I think that chart is racist. It tells me blacks shoot other blacks. Which is sad. I know some mighty nice ones.

The census statistic I quoted is on the family structure. I did not mention or quote any racial statistic.
