Ship pmags to MD as rebuild kits

Will JoeBob ship Pmags to maryland as rebuild kits? I have seen it mentioned before on here, but was unable to find the thread again. The item on the site is unclear. Mentions that they will turn into rebuild kit, but doesnt mention where they will ship them once it is a rebuild kit.

I have ordered rebuild kits. I used them to rebuild my current pmags.

I think I just got 40 30's and 20 20's Pmags shipped to my VA location -
Thank God the Tapco mags for the AKs were NOT shipped! YAY!
The metal AK mags are superior. This is from a Dec. 26 order.

Yes they will and the magicians over there disassemble them without opening the bags.
