    To win you have to play the game. It is shameful that the GOP does not put up candidates in every single race. Every race. Regardless of the odds.

    It's smart to not run in every single race. We have a finite amount of money and there is no point in spending it on a lost cause.

    That's exactly what the rain tax is. It's a federal regulation that MO'M pushed through the Maryland legislature to help Obama.

    Actually, it was enacted in response to new regulations required in a massive lawsuit filed against the EPA for failing to enforce the clean water act in the Chesapeake Bay.

    The Rain Tax is seen as a way to fairly tax YOUR nutrient pollution to get money to try and reverse water quality problems.

    Basically we need to stop pooping....

    You should run for something. Like you say, the Rs should have someone in every race.

    I am helping recruit candidates in Baltimore City, it is important that people have a choice. PM me if you, or anyone you know might be convinced to run.
