I know someone who is in a difficult situation and I have some questions about this touchy subject I would rather not ask on a public forum. I was wondering if I could chat with one of you who know the laws in Md or maybe be able to point me in the right direction of maybe a 2A friendly attorney. Please PM me if you can help. There will be different answers depending on the circumstances, and what areas of law are involved. I do understand being discrete about things, but this being an open forum, any advice I give needs to meet some standards, and follow our forum rules, I want it to be available to anyone that might need it, I want it to be verified by others in case I am wrong, and I can't really do that by PM.
