I went "yes", but admit it's more hope than any logical argument. My secret wish is that they think Judge Legg's opinion is so brilliant that they preferred to take Woollard over any others.

50-50, only because this case does differ (if only slightly) and the IL State Supreme Court has now conflicting opinion with Federal circuits on a US Federal Constitutional Issue.

Then again, I don't really know any more.

Unfortunately, trying to guess what the Supreme Court will or will not grant cert for is like trying to guess a winning lottery number. Your chances may actually be better with the lottery.
