IS THERE A CONTRACT CARRIER BESIDES UPS, FEDEX, USPS, and DHS says no firearms?
As far as package shipping services with nationwide door to door reach like UPS, FedEx, and DHL, I’m not aware of any others. Them refusing to do it for nonlicensees as a matter of corporate policy is not a legality issue.

There are other contract carriers, like freight companies, who will still ship firearms, just not really practical for the average person shipping one gun.

USPS’ restrictions on shipping handguns is a legal matter.
