Since Maryland has a magazine ban and it is difficult for us law bidding citizens to order certain firearms, it is a good idea to have firearms sold without magazines?

I heard they can but sites like GrabAGun will refuse to ship.
But others will ship with the standard size mags provided that your FFL agrees to make them MD legal when they get here. I've always gotten great service from GunBuyer on that front and Cindy's Hot Shots for the local FFL transfer side; I always check to see if they have what I'm looking for first, but it's almost always a CZ which makes ordering the easiest way.

Should they ? They certainly * can *.

As noted , the issues are with certain distributors that sell nationwide .

Never say never or always , but virtual every currently or recently produced civillian market pistol , 10 round magazines exist . But they're usually not packed with the pistols sold by major distributors at sale prices .

I receive pistols and rifles regularly with standard capacity mags. There couldn’t be a good enough deal for me to buy a firearm from someone that holds back my mags I paid for.

I think they should be able to sell anything they want. All options should be on the table. As with anything we buy it our choice on whether we want to buy from them or not.
