The hearing for the gun regulations, (COMAR 29.03.01.01) Weapons Regulations: Regulated Firearms; and (COMAR 29.03.02.01) Weapons Regulations: Handgun Permit Unit on the implementation of Senate Bill 281
has been scheduled for September 23, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the Joint Hearing Room, 90 State Circle , Legislative Services Building, Annapolis, MD 21401 (next to Lawyer's Mall).

If you would like to testify in person, the sign-in sheet will be available at 11:00 a.m. For written testimony, 25 copies should be sent to the AELR Committee ( AELR Committee, 90 State Circle, Rm 110 , Legislative Services Building, Annapolis, MD 21401) by Friday, September 20th, or brought to the Department of Legislative Services building, Room 110, by 11:00 a.m. on the date of the hearing.

One and a half hours each will be allotted for proponents and opponents of the regulations.
