Do you do live scan finger prints before HQL app or fill in app then finger prints. The OP'er might need to know this also.

You will find varying opinions on this: I plan to follow whatever MSP license division web page says to do on Oct. 1 - assuming that it isn't overloaded - probably will be.

Today their webpage says to fill out the HQL application available Oct. 1 Mylicense. Hopefully the application will lead one through all the necessary steps - time will tell.
