Attorney Joseph Vallario III. Where do I know that name from?:innocent0

I'm about to start screaming expletives in the middle of the hospital.

This just proves the theory I had during 281 when the Judiciary Committee voted down the amendment to prohibit gun charges from being plead away and for mandatory sentences. Defense lawyers don't want these laws because it puts criminals (ie clients) in jail. While in jail they can't commit more crimes, which means defense lawyers aren't getting new cases to charge for.....I mean represent.

By the same standard, if one of us gets caught in the 281 snare by chance, we should be released with full rights restored in under a week's time! This is great news! :sarcasm:
