Recap:A convicted felon was stopped with a loaded handgun with the serial number scratched out in the car. One week later stopped again with a long gun in the car. Can anyone decipher all this? Looks like he pleaded guilty at a trial and is waiting to be sentenced?

I'm about to start screaming expletives in the middle of the hospital.

This just proves the theory I had during 281 when the Judiciary Committee voted down the amendment to prohibit gun charges from being plead away and for mandatory sentences. Defense lawyers don't want these laws because it puts criminals (ie clients) in jail. While in jail they can't commit more crimes, which means defense lawyers aren't getting new cases to charge for.....I mean represent.
