Not an IP, but Atlantic Guns in Rockville carries Ballistol. Not sure about their Silver Spring shop though.

Frog lube is my go to CLP right now. I still want to try Ballistol though. Haven't heard any bad reviews from either, except that the Frog Lube paste tends to gum up.

Hickok 45 likes Ballistol. I started using it and it seems to be good as a CLP.

Not an IP but Protective Services Training Academy in Upper Marlboro have frog lube in stock. MSAR carries it as well.
