I work in your district. There are lots of good people in the area. Most are our customers. There is also a fair share of shitheads. The best thing I can offer is to tell you to get out in the neighborhood. Also The govans business association could probably help you out. Go and plead your case. That basically covers all the businesses from Where York rd turns into greenmount up to Northern pkwy or so. Lots of businesses.
